The embedded Google Map on my Employer Profile is not working or displaying the wrong location

Google Maps works better when you have a well defined address. So if you've entered your address and it's not displaying properly then here's a simple way to fix it.

Log in to your job manager account and select the My Profile Tab followed by the Edit link. Now scroll down to the field marked "Map Address'' and enter the physical address of your preferred location. Do not include the office or suite number or level because this will throw Google Maps out.

When you've finished, scroll down and click the Update button then check your profile again and you will note that the Google Maps location is correct.

How do I create and edit my FREE Employer Profile?

One of the great features of Global Health Staff is you get your own FREE Emloyer Profile when you create an advertiser account. Your profile is active the moment your account is verified and you can edit and update it whenever you want as your needs change.

It's quick and easy and will take you a few minutes to complete. First log in to your Job Manager and select the My Profile button then the edit link to access your personal information.

Scroll down the information page and locate the ''About Us'' field. This is where you'll enter the text you want to appear on your profile. We recommend that you prepare your profile in a word processing program like Word so you can check syntax and spelling before pasting it into your profile.

Once you've checked and completed the text you can format as required using the formatting tools provided before clicking the Update button. Your Employer profile is now complete and visible to local and overseas job seekers.

I can't see my Employer profile when search using the Advertiser Search Form!

If you are trying to locate your employer profile using the Advertiser Search form located on the left hand side of the site, you must enter a part or the complete name of your business before clicking the Search button. If you click the Search button without a name in the search field you will get a null result.

This feature was developed because the Advertiser Listing is displayed in alphabetical order which gives businesses with names beginning with A or B an unfair advantage. It also wastes time when Job Seekers are specifically looking for you and your jobs.

Can I pay for my job ads with a credit card?

At Global Health Staff we do have a credit card facility but feel that in these early days of our business we want to develop a personal relationship with you so we can get to know what you want and how you want it. At Global Health Staff we are committted to providing the very best results and welcome your feedback, ideas and suggestions on how we can make our site better.

If you prefer paying by credit card then the option will be available shortly.

Registration and Login

Do I need to register to use the site?

Yes you have to Create an Advertiser Account to post a job ad and manage your online job ads.

How do I create an account?

To create an account you need to complete a 'Create an Advertiser Account' Form. 

Make sure that all the fields are completed as detailed as possible then click the 'Create Account Button' to Register.

After completing the form you'll receive an email confirming your account has been created and will include your username and password for future reference. Please keep your username and password safe and do not allow anyone else to access your account.     

How do I cancel my account?

To Unregister your Global Health Staff Account, log in, click the My Profile button and then click the Unregister link. Please remember that if you Unregister your account any live jobs, created jobs or unused job and tokens will be deleted.

Any job tokens unused when you delete your account will not be subject to a refund

My Account.

How do I access my account?

To access your Global Health Staff account, enter your user name and password into the log in box located on the left side of every page of the site.

How does "Remember Me" work?

If you check the 'Remember Me", the next time you visit the site you won't have to log in again. You will be automatically logged in and can be confident that all applications will be saved in your account.

What if I select "Remember Me" and I share a computer with co-workers or friends?

If you have selected "Remember Me" and other people use the same computer, they will have access to your account. To maintain your privacy it is wise to click the logout link prior to leaving the computer and log in again when you return.   

How do I change my personal profile? 

To change your personal settings, update your online profile or change your password, Log In to your Job Manager using your username and password. Click the My Profile tab then select the Edit link to access your profile details. You can now change the fields you want before clicking the update button.  

I have lost my password. What can I do?

If you have lost your password, click the "Lost Password" located at the foot of the log in box, and enter the username you used to create your account. Your password will then be reset and sent to the email address you used to create your account. Use your new password to access your account and change the password to one you can easily remember in the My Profile section of your account.

If you lose your Username and can't locate the email we sent you when you created your account then please email us with your name, company, telephone number and email and we will contact you.

I can't log into my account. What can I do?

If you can't log, check you're using the right username and password. If you still can't log in then Contact Us and we'll send you the details you need to access your account.

Vacancy Advertisements.

Creating a new ad.

To create a new job ad, log In to your Job Manager and click the ''Create a Job'' button to access the post a job form.

Complete all fields accurately, providing detailed information about the job, including roles and responsibilities. The short description is limited to 150 characters so try to be creative because this is the first thing your candidates will read in the search results.

Designing your own ads

Global Health Staff allows you to choose from a number of attractive templates to make your ads more attractive and readable.

However, if you want a branded ad that reflects company colours, graphics or logo you can override our standard templates by attaching your own graphics.

Uploading your own logo and header graphics

You can upload the graphics you want for your main job ad and short listing.

Simply log in to your Job Manager, click the Profile button and then click the edit link to access the My Profile form.

Scroll down to the logo section of the My Profile form and upload the relevant graphics as required. Graphics should be in .jpg or .gif format.

Header graphics should be no more than 510 pixels and up to 250 pixels in height. We always recommend you keep your graphics in proportion to make them look aesthetic.

Changing an active ad.

When you post a job, Global Health Staff gives you FREE and unlimited editing for the duration of the ad.

To edit an ad simply access the Job Manager page of your account and click the edit link of the ad you want to change.

Now you can access the Job Registration Form and edit the ad as required. Preview the ad before clicking the 'Confirm' button and reposts your ad.

Please note that there is no charge for editing an ad but the ad duration will remain as for the initial ad so will expire on the original expiry date.

Deleting an ad.

To delete a vacancy ad click the edit link on the relevant ad in the Job Manager section of your account and click the remove button. Please note that once you have removed an ad, it will not show up in your Job Manager listing for future reference.

Create and manage your Corporate Profile

What is a corporate profile? 

As a Registered Advertiser you can create a FREE corporate profile that lets job seekers learn more about you.

This useful tool allows you to tell potential job seekers why you're the best place to work, what values are and more.

Your profile can be accesed via links from your ads on the short listing and main job ad.

Create your FREE advertiser profile

To create your company profile simply log in to your Job Manager, click the My Profilr button followed by the edit link to access the My Profile form.

Scroll down the form to the ''About Us'' field and enter the text you want to appear on your profile. Then click the Updade button and your profile will be updated instantly.

Try to be creative when writing your profile because this is your chance to convince potential applicants why they should apply for your jobs.

How do I edit my employer profile?

You can update your profile whenever you want so you can keep job seekers up to date with your latest news, views and events.

To edit your profile log in to your Job Manager, click the My Profile button followed by the edit link to access the My Profile form.

Scroll down to the About Us field and edit the text as required before clicking the update button.

What is a customised profile and how do I get one?

A standard profile is FREE and lets you create a text based profile.

If you want a custom designed profile that includes your logo, graphics, links to your website and more, then email us for a quote.

Receiving Applications

How will I receive applications?

Unless you specify otherwise applications will be delivered to your nominated email via the Apply Online link on your ad. Job application emails will include the name and email address of the applicant and in most cases a cover letter and resume will also be attached.

If you prefer to direct applicants to a form on our own website then simply enter the correct url in the appropriate field on the Create New Job form.    

How do I keep track of my applicants?

A list of applicants who apply for your job ads will be stored in your My Candidates section of your account. If the applicant attached a cover letter and CV/Resume, these can also be found.

How can I contact applicants if I have mislaid their details?

If you have mislaid the contact details of any applicant, first check your candidate list in the My Candidates section of your account or locate your application email confirmation. Global Health Staff cannot under any circumstances provide you with contact details of any candidate due to privacy legislation.

Job Tokens

What are job tokens?

Job Tokens are a convenient way to post and manage your online jobs. 1 job token is worth 1 job ad posted for 31 days.

How do I use my job tokens?

To purchase your job tokens click the "buy tokens" link in your account, select the number of job pack you require and click "Buy Now".

Then select your preferred payment method and click the buy now button.

How do I pay for my Job Tokens?

For the moment Global Health Staff will invoice clients personally for all Job pack purchases.

When are my jobs tokens available for use?

Tokens are usually available for use within minutes of purchase.
