Information Collection (Registered Users)
To take full advantage of our services it may be necessary to provide additional information to Global Health Staff as detailed below.
Registration is optional; however registration for “My Account” services allow you to take advantage of a variety of extra tools that assist you to find a job more efficiently. Registration includes the submitting of your email address, name and telephone number. You can access, edit and delete this information at any time by logging into your account and clicking “My Profile”.
Jobs by Email.
Job by Email is an optional service for registered users who will need to provide information relating to their employment preferences. Then Global Health Staff can notify you of jobs specific to your needs. You may access this information at any time by logging into your account where you can also edit, delete or create your job alerts at any time.
Resumes and Cover Letters
As a Registered member you can create and upload multiple resumes to your account.
Your resumes are kept strictly private and will not be made available to employers or recruiters unless used when making job application.
Users can update, manage or delete resumes stored with Global Health Staff by logging in to your account and clicking the My Resumes and My Cover Letters buttons respectively.
Making an online application for a job advertised on the Global Health Staff website is FREE and optional. Job Applications require you to complete mandatory fields including your first name, last name, email and phone number so that the advertiser can identify and contact you directly. Your job application, resume and cover letter are forwarded directly to the on your behalf as part of the application.
By applying for a position advertised on the Global Health Staff website you are requesting that Global Health Staff passes the information to the advertiser as part of the application.
Access to your information
Unless you have created an account with Global Health Staff we do not collect information that identifies you personally. If however you become a Global Health Staff registered user, you are able to change and update your Profile at any time. Should you be unable to access your account at any time please email us here. You can also request personal information directly from Advertisers who you have applied to on our site.
We will not make an attempt to identify users or their browsing activities. However, in the unlikely event of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our Internet Service Provider's logs.
Cookies & Applets
Your Internet browser has a feature called "cookies" which store small amounts of data on your computer about your visit to any of our sites. However, cookies tell us nothing about who you are unless you specifically give us personally identifiable information. You do not need to have cookies turned on to visit our website. However, doing so may prevent you from accessing some parts of the website.

Email Communications from Global Health Staff.
Global Health Staff provides you with selected information about job seeking and career related topics in our monthly email newsletters. You are not obliged to receive such newsletters and may opt out of receiving newsletters by changing your preferences by logging into your account and clicking “My Profile”.

Global Health Staff takes all reasonable steps to ensure your information is secure at all times.
You have access your account at any time and keep it up to date and accurate. In addition you may terminate your account at any time from the My profile page of you account.
All employees and contractors providing services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by Global Health Staff. However, Global Health Staff will not be responsible for events arising from unauthorized access to of your personal information.
You can also play an important part in keeping your personal information secure, by maintaining the confidentiality of any password or accounts used on the Global Health Staff site. Please notify us immediately if there is any un authorized use of your account by any internet user or any other breach of security.
Use of information collected
We will only record your e-mail address if you send us a message. Your e-mail address will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and it will not be added to a mailing list or used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Global Health Staff provides links and passes online application to third party sites. The use of your information by these third party sites is not within the control of Global Health Staff. Advertisers who place job ads on the Global Health Staff website are Asked to comply with all relevant policy with regard to their own information handling processes.
Global Health Staff welcomes ideas and feedback about all aspects of the site. All feedback received is used solely by the administrator of the site and is used to refine the services of the site. Feedback is solely for the use of Global Health Staff and is never shared with our partners, Advertisers or other third parties unless the feedback relates directly to them.
